David Lee Rothe passed on September 28, 2020 at 5:15 PM.
Celebration of life scheduled for October 24th, 2020 at 4 PM 19376 Leland Rd Oregon City, OR 97045. We are celebrating the exceptional life of David Lee Rothe. His family, friends, co-workers, fishing buddies, hunting buddies and everyone else he came in contact with are invited to come. We will be serving BBQ ribs. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Water will be provided, but you are welcome to bring whatever else you would like to drink. Any questions can be directed to Lisa Stark @ 971-300-8704. Willard Allen
Willard Allen 82 of Boring Oregon a devoted family man and long time Local 290 member passed away peacefully on September 28th, 2020. He has joined his wife Donna of 56 years. He leaves behind his three children Randy, Danny and Julie their spouses and Grandson Brandon.

Letter from the Family:
The union meant a lot to my grandpa and he was proud to be a member of local 290. Whether it was the union Christmas party or the picnic he always tried to make it a priority. He always told lots of stories about his students when he was teaching and fondly called his students his “pups”. If you could tell them how proud of them he was it would be greatly appreciated. He wasn’t ever a man of many words, unless he was telling a story or bragging about his “union pups”. He’d get the biggest grin or a mischievous look in his eye depending on the story about his union buddies . Anyway I just wanted someone, actually everyone to know how much being apart of the Pipefitters union meant to my grandpa and how thankful I am that he had your support.
