Local 290 Fall 2026 – Summer 2027 Scholarship application will open Jan 1st – March 31st, 2026.

Scholarship form will be available at the following link once the application process opens on January 1, 2026: The 2026-27 scholarship application submission process is now closed.

Once you have submitted your scholarship application, you will receive an email stating next steps. Please look out for this email. If you do not receive a response within a week, please reach out to scholarships@ua290.org to make sure your application was received.

Other Scholarship Opportunities:

• Ann Gallagher Memorial Scholarship through the Washington State Building & Construction Trades Council
  • $1000 – available to graduating high school seniors whose parent/guardian is a member of an affiliated union
  • 2025 scholarship application available January – May 2025
• California Pipe Trades Council Scholarship
  • Forty college scholarships of $2,500 each will be awarded to the children of members of Pipe Trades Local Unions
  • Application available November 1, 2025 and closes March 1, 2026
